The church is located on a site of 19 acres, bordered on all sides by residential neighborhoods. Existing buildings included the school, rectory and gym-church. The project created a new worship space for the parish and converted the former sanctuary into the school gymnasium. In addition, expanded parking, landscaping and drop-off areas were included as well as new administrative offices. The masonry structured 850-seat church has a spacious narthex and over 1,000 sf of meeting rooms and support space. The pitched roof and clerestory lighting allow daylight to naturally illuminate the interior. A large entrance plaza anchored by a bell tower creates an opportunity to gather outdoors.
