The Performing Arts Center and Field House unifies and expands the existing student programs, enhancing the educational experience. In the Performing Arts Center, there is a new 400-seat theater which provides the students with a first-class stage equipped with fly loft, orchestra pit, professional lighting and audio-visual equipment. A glass-encased atrium serves double function as lobby and concession area for the theater and gymnasium. The field house accommodates a competition-size basketball court with seating for 1000 spectators. Additionally, there is enough room for two full-sized cross-courts and a practice mezzanine. Clerestory lighting and heat recovery in the gymnasium helps to enhance comfort.
