At the time of its construction, the facility was one of the largest custom-built office facilities in the Chicago-land area. The two-story building has capacity for 550 people, and it features brick veneer, gray reflective glass, and black architectural metal panels with brass highlights. By using a sawtooth design in 15-foot increments, each corporate executive may enjoy a corner office window. The facility’s design keeps the future in mind by allowing for a future elevated pedestrian walkway to connect a potential second building of identical design.
